Sun City Building J is a 16-story steel-reinforced concrete apartment building
located on a site made up of a group of multiple apartment buildings.
Completed in February 1980, it has a drive-in parking lot on the north side, and overlooks Building I of the same series to the north.
An elementary school is adjacent to the building from southwest to northwest, and it is located at the southernmost part of the site.
From east to south, there is an internal roadway on the site, and due to the cliff on the east side,
it is not adjacent to any other buildings, and there is plenty of greenery around, making it a highly independent location.

There is a sign for the apartment building in front of the approach to the entrance on the east side, which has a considerable depth.
